T calls out one S to play the game “Can you guess?”

S should act out words of TRANSPORTS the others should guess and say the word in English:

BUS, TRAIN,TRAM,CAR, PLANE, BIKE

Teacher shows PPT and repeat some words and initial letters of transport

  • Teacher revise counting and names of the transport with the help on video
  • Teacher give out worksheet -1.
  • Give a worksheet to a learner and ask to read and draw line (name of the transport and picture).
  • Call learner who finishes work first and ask questions “How many…….?” or “Are there/is there …..? ” they should say “There are 3 trains ” or “How many and What color? ”“There are 2 yellow buses”

Physical training

Teacher calls learners n front of the board and asks to make a circle and dance together with a bear from the video

Teacher asks learners to sit down and shows next video to predict the next task

  • Give worksheet and ask learners to overwrite the words correctly and draw lines to the correct picture
  • If you have some time, work with a book Tiger Time 1 Alphabet book (Work on writing worksheet I-L )

Additional information

Differentiation – struggling learners will be given more prompts to help them speak. More able learners will be encouraged to make their speaking more complex.

Assessment - Class member names will be recorded and the number of phrases they can repeat with one beginning and one intermediate prompt will serve as a progress check.
